Mutitjulu Community Aboriginal Corporation (MCAC) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and General Manager in Mutitjulu, at the heart of Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park.

About the Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will:
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO and GM.
- Manage office operations, communications, and stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, events, and community programs.
- Oversee HR support functions including recruitment, onboarding, and staff records.
- Ensure smooth organisational flow across MCAC’s businesses and services.
- You will be a key contact for staff, stakeholders, and community members, representing MCAC professionally and respectfully at all times

About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in executive administration or office management.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to work respectfully in an Aboriginal community.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A current driver’s licence (essential).
- Experience in remote or Aboriginal community contexts will be highly regarded.
