Please note: NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED WITHIN THE COMMUNITY!
This accommodation is for contractors and stakeholders ONLY. The accommodation cannot be booked by tourists.
There is a large communal kitchen with two stoves/ovens, one large fridge and a large chest freezer, cooking appliances and utensils, crockery as well as a washing machine.
The Accommodation is secure and there is ample parking space inside the compound.

Please be advised, there is no refund available if a cancellation or any change that occurs less than 72 hours prior to arrival. 

  • Keys MUST be returned to the Key Return box or left on counter in the Kitchen or to the Manager on site.*
  • ALL VISITORS must obtain Central Land Council permits and receive approval PRIOR to arrival in community.
  • ALL VISITORS are required to sign in at the Mutitjulu Community office upon arrival, or at first available time if arrival is after business hours.

*A $250 PENALTY will be applied towards your billing for hard keys not returned upon check out.

Our accommodation consists of 14 single bed ensuite rooms with each having a small fridge, cupboard, and desk.
Our standard room rate - $165+GST per person per night – each room can only accommodate one single person.
Please bring in your linen, pillows, and toiletries, as we do not provide any.
Please ensure your room is clean on exiting as we have limited access to cleaning personnel.
