NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED WITHIN THE COMMUNITY!
This accommodation is for contractors and stakeholders ONLY. The accommodation cannot be booked by tourists.
There is a large communal kitchen with two stoves/ovens, one large fridge and a large chest freezer, cooking appliances and utensils, crockery as well as a washing machine and dryer.
The Accommodation is secure and there is ample parking space inside the compound.

  • $150 charge per lock replacement if keys are not returned upon departure. Keys MUST be returned to Kitchen and left on counter or Manager on site.
  • ALL VISITORS must obtain Central Land Council permits and receive approval PRIOR to arrival in community.
  • ALL VISITORS are required to sign in at the Mutitjulu Community office upon arrival, or at first available time if arrival is after business hours.

Our accommodation consists of 14 single bed ensuite rooms with each having a small fridge, cupboard, and desk.

Our standard room rate - $165+gst per person per night.

Please note that this accommodation is for contractors and stakeholders ONLY. The accommodation cannot be booked by tourists.

Please bring in your linen, pillows, and toiletries, as we do not provide any.

Please ensure your room is clean on exiting as we have limited access to cleaning personnel.
