NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

All members of the Mutitjulu Community Aboriginal Corporation are invited to the annual general meeting of the corporation.

Date: Wednesday 1st November 2023

Time: 10.00am

Location: Recreation Hall, Mutitjulu Community

Agenda 

• Welcome
• Apologies
• Checking the register of members
• Confirming the minutes of the previous AGM
• Chairperson’s report to members about the corporation’s performance over the past twelve (12) months
• Financial report, (money story) proposed activities, proposed and completed projects – Michael Critchley, MLCS Corporate
• Reappointing the auditor
• Election of Directors
• Close the meeting

Note: All applicants for Director must be:

• A member of Mutitjulu Community Aboriginal Corporation
• Must have a registered Director ID

Under Rule 6.6, up to three (3) Director positions will resign and be available for reelection.

A light lunch will be provided at the end of the meeting for those attending.
