Daily Hire Fees
General Hire: $350.00 + GST
Service Providers: $250.00 + GST

Your hall hire includes access to:

• Full use of the recreational hall
• Full use of kitchen facilities including a commercial oven
• Up to 50 chairs and 6 tables
• Overhead projector, HDMI cable, and pull-down screen*
• BBQ with 1 gas bottle
• Hot water urn**
• Wi-Fi (password available from MCAC Reception)

Important Information
* Please bring your own laptop for use with the projector.
** Tea, coffee, cups, stirrers, and milk are not included in the hire fee.

• Audio equipment (microphones and speakers) is available for hire at an additional cost.

Hire Conditions
To ensure the hall remains available for all community members, hirers are required to:

• Leave the hall in a clean and tidy condition
• Return all chairs stacked neatly in the designated area
• Stack tables appropriately after use
• Remove all rubbish at the end of the hire period
